The Baker
Reading recipes of cakes in the Friday magazine made me curious. I wanted to experience this journey of baking.

There were blunders and failures ..but that didn’t stop me from reaching new heights. Every recipe was a new challenge. Every creation had that sweet stress to get the perfect end result.
​
The whole challenge is to first eat through the eyes than with the mouth which made me get more innovative by using various tools, techniques, and colours.
​
Learned the various techniques of decoration from the piping to fondant, from Korean buttercream decoration to sugar gum paste flower making for wedding cakes.
​
A feather to my cap is French macarons with hand-painting which pushes me more to learn every day.

The Creator
I myself was an avid fan of baking especially when I was younger. I would watch an endless number of videos ranging from Russian piping tips to checker box design cakes to macarons as well.
​
When Ms.Gayathri started her baking journey, I was double excited because of the fact that I could use it as an excuse to eat more baked goods and also because it is such a beautiful skill.
​
I have really enjoyed being able to help her in her experience with Ambrosia Bakes and make my first website for her.
